Hello, I'm currently having lung pains, though I'm not coughing up blood or having trouble breathing but yet they hurt. No coughing or anything, and no cracking of the ribs or back. I don't know what's going on, it just started last night.

You could be experiencing pleurisy, inflammation of the thin layers of tissue which covers the lungs (the pleura).  Pain with this is especially bad when inhaling or coughing.  You may also have a pulled muscle of some sort.  Is the pain worse when you breath in?  If you are not running a fever or having difficulty with your breathing, you should just take some Tylenol or ibuprofen for the pain.  Hopefully it will go away very soon for you.  If you begin to have difficulty breathing or worsening pain, you should make an appointment to see your doctor. He may do an x-ray of your lungs to determine the cause of your discomfort.
