For the record if it matters, I am 24 years old. I do not have any hereditary disorders as far as I know. I am 5'8" 150 lbs. I could stand to have a better diet, as I probably drink way too much soda.
Anyways. Sometimes when I wake up in the morning my muscles in my arms, legs and shoulders will be sore. It's weird to me because it happens sometimes when I don't even do anything strenuous the day before. Like yesterday. I had 8 hours of sleep. I got up, ate breakfast, went to work to pick up a few things, then went to hang out with some friends. That was it. Today for some reason my muscles are sore. Not heavy pains at all to the point where I'd take any kind of pain reliever, but when I walk I notice that my foot doesn't like to bend upward when taking a step. My bicep muscles feel sore when I try to lift even my laptop.
Standing up on one leg to put on socks and my inner upper leg muscles almost gave out. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it doesn't happen often, but when it does it confuses me. Any ideas?
