Both mu sons smoked marijuana and are suffering from anxiety disorder, paranoid, lack of motivation, and problems with interpersonal skills. Please mention if there is a way to reverse damage of weed smoking, i get so worried for my sons. Thanks.

Smoking weed often leads to unhealthy eating habits, which can produce some lack of motivation so getting on a better diet is the first step. An exercise program would be a great way to reduce anxiety and increase and give them another outlet for stress. As far as mental issues if they are serious they should see a specialist or join a rehab group.
