let me know the possible reasons for tachycardia in otherwise healthy 32yr woman first pregnacy

Loading...

I was 33 when I fell pregnant with twins. I experienced tachycardia from about the 12th week making me feel dizzy and quite lethargic. I ended up being hospitalized the last two weeks of pregnancy, having the complete cardio team at RNSH studying me!!! My heart rate went up to 160 b.p.m quite often after meals, or changing position. Reason ended up by being that my uterus faced backward (retroverted) not forward and there wasn't a thing they could do about it! Just the way I'm wired I guess!
