Recent memory problems followed by troubled speaking and severe headaches

Hi my name's Joe. I recently started having memory problems, like i'd easily forget stuff which is strange and it never happened before. I also started having problems with speech like mixing up letters in words and find it hard to say sentences or hold a simple conversation. Ive been having severe temporary headaches & i also have minor random twitching of my body like in the arms & legs. Occasionally my arm or leg feels numb like if something suddenly makes contact with it i wont feel it or atleast it takes a while before i do. Im having crazy dreams constantly. I have a weird metallic taste in my mouth and randomly i would feel a sudden buzz every now and then in my jaw corners. I also have random neck pains and it feels as if my brain is foggy which doesnt feel normal. Ive also became extremely thirsty and i have to pee ever so often. I used to smoke weed hard but stopped like two weeks ago. Could this be side effects or is it something more serious or any permanent damage??
