My girlfriend as a recurring vaginal discharge, we break up a lot and spend time away from each other but, when we get back together she always ends up with the same symptoms.
Although I don't display any symptoms and only test positive for gram-negative once, I always treated for it with antibiotics prescribed by the doctors. I test for HIV regularly and I am not infected.
My girlfriend is another case, she had different treatments, the symptoms seem to disappear, but if we stay away from each other for same time and than get back together she catches the same thing again, this is the 5th or 6th time i think.
The thing is it finally caught up with me for the first time I am displaying symptoms burning sensation while urinating, itching in the urethra, and penile discharge. I am yet to go the doctor, but will go soon.
Any of you as an idea what this may be?

It sounds like an STD. UTI's are uncommon in a healthy male.
Chlamydia is just one possibility. It could also be gonorrhea.
You NEED to see your doctor - NOW. No sex until you are treated. Make sure she goes as well.
