what is the remedy if you have pelvocaliectasia

My understanding is that the best remedy for that would be an IVP, although without any context for this diagnosis, it's hard to tell. Do you have pelvocaliectasia? Which kidney is it in? Do you have any urinary analysis results? Some of that information would be helpful for more context. Either way, I think it would be a good idea to talk to a physician about this since you can obviously not do an IVP yourself. Good luck to you.

Pelvocaliectasia is basically only the symptom, its a term medical technicians use to describe enlarged kidney or kidneys. So, just the term pelvocaliectasia is not really enough to suggest you any kind of treatment, as healthandfitnessguy said. What you need to do is to treat the original condition that caused kidney or kidneys to become enlarged.
The most common because when pelvocaliectasia happens is when you have one or more kidney stones, even though there are other, potentially more dangerous causes for kidneys to become enlarged. I´m sure that your doctor would have told you if you had kidney stones; you don’t need a doctor´s treatment for all types of kidney stones, but you definitely need to monitor your condition so your doctor could react if there is a need.
