I was at work and i was washing dishes and i put some cups away and brought my left back and all of a sudden a pain in my fingers and all the way up to my biceps, then the next day it moved from my fingers to my bicep and armpit. It doesn't hurt when i leave it, but when i move my arm/fingers it does.
