For aslong as I can remember, my right testical has always been 2-3 times bigger than my left but I've never had any pain or discomfort. I am now 21 and my partner and I are starting to become more serious and am not sure If I should be worried about the difference in size %-)

When I was in my teens, I had a Hydroseal-it is when a layer of liguid forms around a testicle, Mine was on the left, and was repaired during surgery for a hernia on my right side. The Dr. didn't give a reason for this occurring, only that it was fixable. You may want to ask your Dr. about it, or look further on the subject to see if it fits your situation. I don't recall any pain or discomfort, just the notable difference in size.

Hydrocele is definitively diagnosed by what is termed the "bag of worms". If you have a hydrocele you will be able to feel the veins floating around inside your scrotum. If not, you just have one testicle larger than the other and that's very common. The main thing you need to be aware of is that you are in the age group that is at most at risk of testicular cancer but before you panic realise that testicular cancer is manifested not by a difference in testicle sizes but by lumps on the testicles. Do a self examination and if you find no lumps, you're cool. If you want complete peace of mind, see a urologist.
