53, scuba diver/pilot and enjoyed loud music when younger. I have a 24/7 waterfall and ringing in both ears one worse than the other. My last hearing test when a pilot I had high freq loss probably due to jet engine noise. That said.. Damage is damage and imo from talking to others it really cannot be fixed. One trick that audio experts,recording DJs use is NO CAFFEINE!! Many times I have heard and read this from those who have headphones and its a must. Worth trying.
