I have a problem - I keep trying to get into a running program, but I keep hurting myself. I think I may be doing too much too fast. I want to be able to run 5-6 miles each day. Can anyone help me out by giving me a program that would allow me to do this safetly?

Without knowing how much you are able to run now and what you were doing when you got hurt, I recommend starting with the Couch to 5k program. This builds you up to being able to do a 5k. After that, you might want to PM jrjo or look at this thread and see what he says about how to structure your runs to maximize the training.
