today i am 5 weeks 3 days and i went for a transvaginal ultrsound and they said that alls they could see was a sack but no yolk or fetus in there yet. some people are telling me that it is to early to se this sometimes but then others are saying that they should see it by now. i have brown spotting but only MINOR MINOR cramps like i could just feel that something is going on but no enough to bother me . please is someone knows anything PLEASE let me no because i am soo nervouss right now. and my next ultrasould is schedueld for next tuesday (may 30) if they dont see it by then should i just assume that the baby hd stopped growing ..
