Hello , recently I had a large white pimple come up on my testicle skin, it was not painful but did not look normal and was raised up so I popped it with my fingers, it bled, then I left it to scab over for a week, at the moment it has came back as a scar like lump which is very red, how can I heal this, as i'm going on holiday in a months time and I really am hoping it can heal up by then as it is getting me down. thank you
