Hey there,

After a hemorroid surgery it is likely that your wounded area had developed scarr tissue. This scarring is usually located inside your rectum and causes some obstruction when you pass hard stool. It is easilly irritated and cause a fissure like pain in the area. However i will help you get rid of this problem once and for all. First you need to head to a pharmacy and buy some things that would aid the healing.
You will need the following:
1- magnesium b6 : this will aid forming soft stools that are easy to pass.
2- probiotics : it will help reduce lactose in tolerance and the digestion process
3- Mebo scar ointment : this will be the magic treatment to flatten the scarr and illiminate the symptoms.
4- antiseptic: betadin or dakin
5- Alloa vera suppositories (neo healar is a good kind)

- take the magnesium first thing in the morning after you have a healthy high fiber breakfast.
-Probiotics is usually taken after the big meal at lunch
-use 30 ml of the antiseptic with the warm water of the sitz bath ( sitz bath are to be done after each bowel movement for about 15 min)
-place the mebo scar on the suppository and insert deep in the rectum. ( always use a glove to do so and then use your finger to massage the scarring tissue inside your rectum for a couple of minutes TWICE DAILY for 10 days then you keep on using mebo scar alone twice/day and always after a BM.

My advice is also you take some natural stool softners such as duphalac of 10 herbs. ( i would recommend 2 pills of 10 herbs and 1 pill of regula pluss. They are made of herbs and do not cause any side effects.

Follow the instructions abouve and add some good fiber to your diet and you will become symptom free in no time.

*mebo scar should be applied for a period of 6 month to eliminate the occurance of yhe the existing scarr formation.
Also you may want to avoid the red meat and the hot and spicy foods for the first couple of weeks of treatment.

All the best.

been reading the thread and oh boy am worried for my self. had a hemsurgey early feb this year and till now am suffering. i got those constant urges where the stool never seems to get out all,. then was told i have scar tissue which the surgeon, tried to break, but since that i have not had one normal BM. i have to really push and sometimes that wont help so i have to help my self by as pipping icing sugar. are you guys better now? what helped you? i feel my surgeon does not understand my daily frustration. am on a high fibre diet and drink over 2 litres of water or juice every day but still get constipated especially after that scar tissue thing. the size of my stool became slightly bigger after the doc tried breaking the scar tissue which has been two weeks now but today its smaller like the pinky finger. what can i do?

I had hemorroid surgery 2 weeks ago, i didn't know what to expect so wasn't happy when suffering the pain i've been in, never felt anything like it.
I wanted to ask people from previous experience for advice as everytime i have bm it hurts where i have scar tissue, how long is it until tissue starts going etc, also always feels like theres still something there.
I was also given a number of tablets to take, which i'm still on, mainly pain killers, do we just use these until tissue goes, don't want to be on these for months.
Any advice, help appreciated
