Hi, I'm not thinking about having children at least for another 10 years (I'm 18) But I have the implanon contracepetion at the moment and I have to have it taken out this July and I want another put in, But i'm worried that it will effect my chances of getting pregnant in the future... even if it is awhile away. Anyone who's had a second implanon.. or implanon at all and know a little bit more about it then me care to share your knowledge. Thank you so much!

Call your doctor, they know for sure, it's safer than asking someone out here.What, works for one woman, might not work for another. Also depends if you've had any physical problems,or not.
