i am so pleased to read at last that there are so many other men with the same problem i have had, i got this burning itching tingling in my testicals and i whent to my doctors and they said it was the stress of my dad dieing and was sent to a phsyco doc and put on anti depressents but a year on and i still had the same symptoms. i then whent to great orlmond street homeopathic hospital where i was told the same ffs, i then seekd a further 7 doctors who just read my notes and said the same thing. i also nearly killed myself over this problem as it has gotten worse, ive had it since oct 06, but mine has spread to my back neck and arms and when i scratch it it seems to move across my body. i now know i have the same as all of you what the hell is this???? and yes i read one man said its worse when he drinks coffee or cocaine and i will admitt to that i also feel it worsens when the wheather temp drops to cold.

Im cured, cant believe it, ive had an itchy tingling scrotum and anus for two yrs. Had several antibiotics, several creams, some work for a while, but only about 70%, and always returned.
Basically my two young kids complained of itchy bums, after discussing it with them we (my Wife and i) Looked for worms, and were right in looking. My Kids explained exactly the same itchiness in the anus as i have had.
We went to our Doctor and where prescribed VERMOX 100g SUSPENION mebendazole.
After only 24 hrs my itchy anus and scrotum faded, ive have no symptoms at all, and no pain after peeing also!
The dosage is 2 x 5ml which contains 100mg in each.
Followed by the same dosage 10 days later!

I have had the same symptoms. Kidney stones moving and getting stuck I prostate causing irritation and infection. Some stones are small that you don't realize your passing them but they scratch the on there way out or just get stuck until they pass. The stone will work it's way out then you will have a burning sensation,more of a tingling feeling near the top of your shaft. Try drinking a quarter glass of organic unpasturised apple cider vinegar mixed with cranberry juice. I then urinate into a clear bottle and look for stones. I have the same thing. Went to the doctors and no one knows what it is. Tried different creams and nothing working. Searched the Internet for a natural solution and someone mentioned garlic and honey. I put goya minced garlic (which is in water) on my testicles and it actually works! Sounds crazy but at least I can lay on my couch without any burning pain.

Guys, it's a yeast infection. Try eating plain unsweetened yogurt for about 3 weeks and see if the burning goes down. I had a yeast infection for 3-5 months and was hell for me. I went to doc, got diflucan and nystatin and it went down a lot. My penis, balls and rectum and went back to normal color for the most part. Avoid sugars.

hi,im a 39 year old male,for the last 2 weeks i have had a cold tingling sensation down my penis and tip,with frequent urination and a more retracting penis than usualwhen the bladder is full its very uncomfortable,i also have a slight itchy feeling in the anal region ..i have been to the doctor who ruled out any serious problem..i have been on tarivid and clorom tablets recently to no avail....please could a doctor answer this..as i have been 3 times recently and cant afford to go again at the moment

I have the same symptoms! But, I am a virgin. Burning in testicles, irritated and itchy anal area; but no pain or irritation in the penis. It keeps me awake at night! The only thing I have found that helps is applying rubbing alcohol to the affected area. It burns like fire at first, but it stops the irritation temporarily.

I'm having similar symptoms, I just woke up to a burning/stinging itching sensation in my testicular area. I have a slight read rash down the centre and I'm thinking its "jock itch" from possibly the boardshorts I slept in rubbing on my crotch.
