scrotum tingling burning

I just happened to have this right now, and I think I know what it is. I've had it before, and it should go away in a matter of days or weeks depending on your bodies and how well you take care of them. I suffer from herpes, but I've been using Abreva for awhile and I think I'm pissing off the virus because he can't nest on my lips anymore. So I noticed I get itchy red marks on my nose, I know it's the herpes and I'd rather have little red rashes on my nose than disgusting huge bubbles on my lips haha. When I looked in the mirror, I itched my red marks a little, because herpes is extremely itchy. I did not wash my hands afterwards, and proceeded to take a shower. When I had to wash my scrotum, I felt an excrutiating pain as if someone poured bleach on it. it's either that or a yeast infection related issue. I reccommend putting antigual creams on it or anything used to treat herpes. I hope this helps

Made the mistake of applying non diluted Oregano Oil directly. Burned terribly painful. I think I burned the skin. I've been applying coconut oil to the skin since but it's still red and looks damaged. If I had only looked at this thread sooner and some other forums in regards to diluting properly I wouldn't be in so much pain. Hoping I haven't damaged anything from the concentrated oil. Going for lavender in the morning to help soothe the pain and try to relieve the damaged skin.

Sounds possibly like herpes sorry to say.

Hi! With the worms were the symptoms worse at night? Where the symptoms worse with high ambient temperature? Where the symptoms affecting the epididyme?

I heard that Mycobacterium abscessus can cause those symptoms including hands and feet. Or maybe another type of Mycobacteria?

Hi, please help me someone if you know what it could possibly be. I am 34. After having unprotected sex with a new girlfriend that had chronic urinary track infections I started having itching in my penis where it got scratched during intercourse, then it slowly moved to my epididymis. It has been 7 months now. The itching is still there on the skin and inside both balls. Like if somebody is pouring a drop of acid inside my balls. It is 2x worse at night, so much it wakes me up. I think it might be due to the high temperatures. Maybe 2-3 hours after being in high ambient temperature, the pain and itching starts to increase. Of course I went to doctors and they all had their own version but no help. I have asymptomatic genital HSV-1 and it has never caused me any pain. However I suspect maybe a synergy from a newly caught virus that unleashes the HSV-1 because the burning is similar to what herpes feels like however not limited to a single area. However still no lesion. Only physical symptom observed by a doctor was left epididymis enlarged/inflamed. You have no idea how outraged I am about the inability of medicine to help me (and others!) and how uninterested they are at going into discovery mode. Oh and even a nurse asked me today if I was hypochondriac. So painful emotionally to have a disease that other can't see. I begin to envy people with HIV. At least they can have healthy children, unpainful sex and find love. I'm sure if a foetus catch what I have and goes through the initial acute phase it might have problems. I tested negative for: HIV, Chlamydia, Ghonorea, Mycoplasma, Ureaplasma, Syphilis and bacteria-culture in urine. I did had white stripe floating in my first-void urine during the acute phase. Not anymore. I also had chest pain - heart was beating strong (not fast) like if I had taken coffee, even when waking up. My heart went back ok after about 2 month. I have had weak pain in my neck for 4-5 months like if fighting an infection. Tested negative for thyroid problem. Thanks!
