so... i had a pretty bad episode yesterday where it started with my lower back and lower abs cramping and feeling like i ripped a muscle somewhere. it was so severe that i was considering going to the hospital. It was coupled with a burning or itching sensation and i felt like i needed to urinate directly after doing so. i have no idea what i did or what this could be. i also don't know if the two things are related. Any helpwould be appreciated.

All this that you have written here sounds to me like you have problems with kidney stones. Kidney stones are very problematic thing to have because sometimes pain can be unbarring. Have you used any pain medication in order to ease up the pain a little bit? Problem with kidney stones is that you need to urinate them out, but if the stone is too big then you might even need a surgery. No doctors often use laser surgeries to break down the stones to little pieces that can pass through your urinary tract. In severe cases you will need a surgery where the doctor will need to get your stones out by hands. I hope that this helped a bit.
