When eating or drinking the top of my mouth hurts as well as the back of my throat. This only occurs at the first drink or meal of the day. And only when it is cold. Please, what is this pain?

I have sores on my throat and a purple spot. It hurts when I swallow food and it feels like I'm choking, can't breathe. When I swallow my chest feels like someone is sitting on it. What could be causing this?

My mouth feels like it has been scalded. Starts out ok, but as the day goes on, it gets irritated and swollen. Every day sides of the tongue hurt, and the inside of cheeks and lips. Does anyone know anything about this condition?
