severe stomach pains

So about a week ago, the Saturday before last i ended up drinking just beer I woke up the next morning with severe stomach pains all day long. Then the day after it continued and went away. It stopped for about 2 or 3 days and then decided to come back for about another day and a half then went away for another 2-3 days... now this Monday it came back and worse i mean i was curled up in a ball with tears coming out my eyes. it takes a lot for me to cry. anyway i went to the emergency room they ran several test, xrays,ct scans,blood work, urine test,ran an iv and gave me tons of fluids and the pain still wont go away. And they couldn't tell me anything. yesterday the pain still continued so i went to my family doctor and she had said it might be a stomach ulcer. ive taken the prescription she gave me and i still have pain today. Ive been out of school for almost a week now Ive missed way to much football practice and i just need an answer. Does anyone at all have a clue what this could be? please help.. this pain is just excruciating and its starting to scare me.
