Because you probably meant to put "her" instead of "him", I'll go on:
Since your penis actually entered her vagina, even for that short of a time, there is still a chance that she could become pregnant. Supposing you weren't using a condom at the time and even if the penis enters the vagina before you ejaculate, there is a chance a woman can become pregnant because of the pre-ejaculation fluid (not semen) that comes off of the penis during intercourse. This happens every time someone has intercourse, but can pretty much be prevented if you use a condom. This fluid actually contains less sperm than if you were to ejaculate, but that still doesn't guarantee the chances of her not getting pregnant. These chances are very low however. So, even if you "pulled out" before ejaculating, she still has a very slim chance of getting pregnant. I would of course buy a home pregnancy test just to make sure she isn't pregnant.
I hope this helped and that everything turns out okay for you. Be sure to use protection and stay safe!
