Actually similar to my symptoms but I get stroke like symptoms. I have been told it’s migraine with aura. I’m skeptical but nothing else can be found. It’s worth talking to your neurologist about.

Deficiency in b12 and iron can cause some of the symptoms your describing but I would definitely speak to a neurolgist and bring up migraine aura. I have all of your issues but not deficient in b12 or iron. So what I’m saying is it sounds suspicious similar to migraine aura. I am not a doctor and can only speak from my experience. Good luck!

I have been feeling that way for about a month and a half and I’ve been to the ER 3 times and a cardiologist and my test all cane out normal so they think I have anxiety, and I’m 16 and I’ve missed so much school because of it. It sucks. I feel like I’m dying all the time.

I had the exact same thing as you except they didn't find anything wrong with me at all. They took a chest x ray. I never pass out. Today I even felt like I had to pass out. I think it's my thyroid but I'm not exactly sure. Make sure you get your thyroid looked at more because there is treatment for low thyroid hormone levels. My neck and head can get warm and I shake. If I get too hot I start to feel lightheaded and also like I'm going to pass out. I have never passed out or fainted though. My vitals and chest x ray looked fine. I also get chest pains on the right side most of the time but it can be on the right, middle, or the left. They last for a few minutes usually. I don't have chest pains that last longer than 15 minutes. So I would say go back and get your thyroid checked.

I have the same problem might be a stomach ulcer bleeding ulcer ulcers are caused by H pylori ask your doctor to prescribe protein pump inhibitors and there's several antibiotics that will kill the h-pylori that's causing the ulcer. I've been dealing with this for years off and on hope it helps.

It is scary and not to scare you more, BUT I had this feeling on and off for years, Now I get so exhausted just take a shower, and have to lie down and a lot if nights feel drunk but have not drank anything stronger than diet coke in years. But I always try to just wait it out and go on. Then about 3 years ago ,I felt this way and then sick to my stomach but tried to keep working, thinking it would pass. I still felt bad when I got home so I took some aspirin and went to bed and decided go to see the doctor the next day, He ran a EKG and told me he thought I had a heart attack and needed to get to the ER asap, He was right and I ended up in the hospital for test and they decided it was caused by a clot, So , please not not ignore it when it feels 'different' I was lucky I did not die when I went to bed instead of going to the ER that night. Now it is even more scary to feel this way because I am always afraid it will be another heart attack.

I have been going thru the same things, mine usually hit me after eating, So then they tell me it was carb overload, or to much sugar, but there are times it happens and I haven't eaten, so then its, low blood sugar they say...so nobody really knows! But good to know I am not alone in this crazy c**p!
