First of all, find a different dr by asking for a referral. You could always present to the ER where they will do a batter of testing. It could rule out any possibilities/causes of illness. It can be something simply as sinuses, ears, balance, or vertigo. Have you ran a temp? Is your vision blurry? What about headaches? Are they present with the episodes or before or after? Or, by having testing done in ER, they could discover what is actually going on with you. Don't give up hope!! Also, you could be borderline diabetic. So your numbers are within limits, but you are experiencing symptoms. How is your appetite? Do these symptoms seem to subside if you eat something (sweet)? Are you consuming a lot of sugary foods/drinks? Could be an affect from aspartame as well. Just a few suggestions, as I have experienced the same problems as you have.

Yes she/he is correct you may be hypoglysemic and dont worry i have it as well to help those episodes just do some or one of these steps..
1 lift up your tongue and pour syrup under it and let it sit for 1 min then swallow (i know it weird)
2 drink some soda
3 eat a cookie or chocolate

This is incorrect just eat or drink sweets to help your blood suar these ARE THE SAME SYMPTOMS OF HYPOGLYSIMIC (this is the exact opposite of diabetes and rarer and way harder to tell if you have it) as i said eat sweets and wait a few and you should get better

Nope, this is not simply written off to be "Vertigo" I have had three of these episodes in my 53 years. My sight and hearing start to fade out until all I see is gray to black. My hearing reminds me of how your ears might react to driving through the mountains. I don't feel pressure in my ears, but everything sounds more and more muffled, even my own voice. I start to sweat profusely from the torso up and get too weak to hold up my head. Of course, no matter what I'm doing, I end up sitting down to ride these things out. I have been told that my complexion goes beyond pale to end up more ashen gray. I really freaks out those who have seen this happen. These witnesses have actually said that they thought I had died at one point. I've brought it up to doctors, but they say the blood work looks good and gloss over it.
