I used to get stuff like this also could not breath and I had over 25 doctors tell me that I was just in my head and it was nothing, but finally one doctor thought to do a CAT scan or something we found out I have an abnormally small heart, You might want to ask a doctor to try and check your heart size for you.

I feel like that sometimes too, like I was helping my mother with cooking and I felt really weak, and while I was eating the cherries (we were making turkey ham) I felt so dizzy and sick, I felt really hot, and almost passed out. As soon as I rested for a few minutes I felt better, idk what happened or why

How are your iron and potassium levels? I have had Crohns disease for 17 years and all the other health related issues that go with that. I get very lightheaded and dizzy doing anything even if sitting. The warmth beating off me and then it's just sick to my stomach and then it's *complete heaviness in my muscles like weighed down and very weak. That's where I have to sit. I've fainted many times and a few times woken up in the hospital. My levels are usually low. I also have a pituitary tumor. I have no idea what really causes it but I know it is just mostly the iron and potassium levels.
Get those checked and try keeping a journal for anything that seems to lead up to it. I also have anxiety which is not like how typically depression comes into. I get all the physical part of my anxiety and I could be even having the best day. So if you are just extremely stressed and have anxiety that also can be part of it. Also keeping yourself hydrated and have a good diet (eating enough)
I'd say get labs done, keep a little journal and maybe see a psychiatrist.

Hey, I’m a middle school student and I have been going through the same thing. If you’re a bit younger, you might just have unbalanced hormones. It’s common among women to get low on iron during their menstrual cycle and it usually leads to feeling faint and throwing up, however eating vitamin and iron rich foods usually help. There are supplements out there that can also calm it down but the symptoms you are sharing are a perfect match. Maybe try taking more vitamins and drinking more water, I know, that’s a basic thing all parents say, but it’s true.
