I have started to feel that exact same way for about 2 weeks now and I am completely freaking out.. I always did feel like I might have just been sensitive to earthquakes when they happen and some were actually somewhat relatively close enough for me to actually get at least an Aftershock affect, but lately I started to notice that I can be sitting, or taking a shower or the worst one is bending over and I feel as if I was in an elevator that Happen to be on the ground then rapidly shoots itself up faster than an elevator should even be, and then dropping back down and since it would be going so fast it feels like as if I were getting a strong and immense pressure pushing me down and then I start to get freaked out trying to figure out if it's an earthquake and if my 2 baby girls are scared or ok.. only to find out that there was no earthquake whatsoever..

I have had this same exact problem for a while now and have discovered that it is a symptom of severe vitamin B deficiency. I’ve been taking vitamin B supplements daily for a few months now and the phantom earthquakes have disappeared along with these other symptoms that I had been experiencing.
-heart palpitations
-angular cheilitis (cracks around the corners of my mouth)
-uncharacteristic anxiety/depression

Good to know all of you Can feel energy, I have been feeling this since I was a child. I am now a kinesiologist with Very sensitiveness I Can see hear and feel all these are feelings your body is telling you We have on the earth around 350 to 450 earth quakes. My question for this Group is more around do you have dreams that come true?
Do you know when the phone is going to ring, Do you get sad and cry and have no idea but the next day you talk to someone you knew you where going to talk to but they are sad, And you are not but could feel them like if the emotions where waves of energy. The body sends out the energy it needs and brings back the same energy Your Heart can feel more than your ears can get you to pay attention to all five senses.
My you all stay awake and work on your energy and your power with in your own body talk to it and it will answer.
May we all stay safe in this tough world I know you can all feel mother earth crying because we have shown her as a human race we are disrespecting her love, as if we are all the Narcissist of mother earth and she is the empath with us hurting her feeling her hurt is not fun it will make you sick it will make you feel wobbly and you will cry.

Yes I am feeling exactly the same I mean it could be our nerves vibrating when I lay down on bed and in office when I am just sitting not moving completely calm down I feel it the sound and vibration of my heart and nerves all over the bed and it felt like a earth quick in my whole body and it start happening this month

Hi, I am so surprised to see that someone else has had these symptoms. What is it? I have had those violent shakes when I try and fall asleep on and off for about a year now, but always forget about it when I wake up and don't remember until it happens again. I decided to look it up today, and the symptom of Angular Cheilitis has happened to me over the last year too! I didn't think it was related... Not to mention, the uncharacteristic depression and anxiety - I find myself either completely hopeless or engraged and swinging between, usually I'm a positive person but lately not so much. Another one is TMD/Bruxism, and another symptom is the strange heartbeats which I need to take a beta blocker for. I'm 31 yo and these symptoms began at age 29 for me.

I've also had for a while this feeling, at night time I wake up and feel an earhquake, the whole world is is spinning, more like swinging really, or I feel like little Nemo in Sluberland, I feel tossed by big waves, I panic like in the midst of an earthquake, but nothing really moves in my bedroom, just the univers as a whole. I found out it is a clear symptom of vit B1 deficiency. We should take nutritional (inactivated) yeast.

Shaky feelings like an earthquake can refer to a sense of extreme anxiety, fear, or panic. This can feel like a physical sensation of trembling in the body, as if an earthquake were happening. This type of feeling can be caused by a variety of situations, such as fear of failure, fear of the unknown, or fear of the future.
In her case, it was a strong anxiety attack. She needed to ask for professional help and she's still using meds, but the attacks have stopped.
