Sharp pain in shaft of penis down bottom.

Hi guys, if you could please help me with this it would be much appreciated, so anyway one night I randomly started getting pain in the shaft of my penis down the bottom you know right down the bottom like if you feel under your testicles but still feeling in towards where the penis is there's the base but yeah whenever I push with my bladder say for peeing or just to do it to see if it hurts after I found out I get this sharp sort of jabbing pain down there and also my urine is a bit darker than normal. What do you think it might be and what I should do / buy?


Also if I had to go to the doctor do you think he would want to actually have a look because there's nothing different on the outside it's inside where it hurts or do you think he would just take a urine sample or something? It's just I am quite embarrassed about showing my privates to a doctor or whatever, so yes please someone help.
