I just saw your question and wanted to give my 5 cents about it.
Is her condition still unchanged? If so, I think you will wait a bit more (even weeks) before she opens her eyes. Her organism is fragile, and she needs to gather her strength.
The good thing is that you reacted on time, and she got proper care just when needed. Her being conscious is a great sign, and I think she will recover, but you need to be patient.
