Some years ago I suffered Shingles on my right fingers on to my arm just below my elbow but my affected fingers still numbs especially when I'm typing or if my right fingers are busy.Is there any first aid or home medoication for that?

If you get relief, inflammation must be the culprit causing the numbness. You can take Omega Oil supplements that help with inflammation in the body and are good for your heart health.
