I found some Siverian ginseng for a good price at a local Asian supermarket and am considering buying it. When I have ginseng, I normally buy Korean or Chinese ginseng, as these are known for their good quality. I don't know much about the Siberian variety. Are there any side effects of Siberian ginseng? How does it differ from its Korean and Chinese brothers?

Hi Marlo156! The only ginseng classification I found is: American ginseng, Asian ginseng, red end wild ginseng. I guess all these ginsengs you are talking about are Aasian ginsengs :-D therefore they should all be the same; but when it comes to quality you can never know %-)
