For awhile now i have had side pains just before i cum. It's like a warning sign, lol. Is this something to worry about? Afterwards i seem fine and alright. But just before i cum it's a pain in both my sides, right and left.

I've not heard of this before. But I wouldn't think that it was serious.
Although one other poster prior to you mentioned that he would frequently get a side ache just before coming.
I'm clueless on this one.

Sometimes it is only one side. It's the lower back area. It's just a sharp pain that happens before i cum. Just want to know if it is serious, or anything that sounds similiar to it is serious.
