Hi, I am hoping someone can answer my question here since the darn hospital my insurance forces me to go to has doctors that should never have graduated med school!

Well, I am about 6-7 weeks pregnant and for the past week I have been having brown spotting every time I use the restroom. I went to the ER AGAIN and they told me it was just old blood mixing with mucus trying to get out. Well, last night after intercourse with my husband, I had a very large flow of dark red, almost brown blood but I didn't notice any clots and didn't feel anything clot-like come out. I've been having some cramps throughout the week but they don't feel like menstrual cramps, they feel more like constipation. Anyway, I am very worried about this and was wondering if anyone could tell me if I had a miscarriage? What should I do? I know if I go back to that hospital they will tell me the same thing. Someone, please help me!!

I just wanted to add that with my first child I did bleed after intercourse but not the way I bled last night. It was very light and just a small spot. Last night was a heavy flow of extremely dark blood. I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out!
