Please adv me re skin discloration (dark) surrounding anus & butt cheeks, area has pimples also. Skin discoloration and pimples are unsightly. :$

Many people say that this is nothing to be worried about and that in many cases this has no medical reasons. But sometimes this can be caused by the skin getting thinner. Do you feel any pain around your anus? Or maybe you are more sensitive in this area? In my opinion if you don’t feel any pain you should be fine. The first thing that came to my mind when I was reading your post are hemorrhoids. But now I think that the change of this being caused by hemorrhoids is very low. You can apply some cream that might ease the sensitivity in the are but I don’t think that you will have any changes in the color.
