yeah thats normal its the true head of the penis, i am having the same problem at the moment. Does become less sensitive the more its exposed or does it get less sensitive by itself? I recently lost my virginity and because i wasn't use to my foreskin being pulled back over the head it actually kinda hurt... the main point i am trying to say is dont worry its normal

Well this is perfectly normal, and there is nothing wrong with you. Like Sinoluki said it is sensitive but after some time it will get less sensitive as it is getting used to pulling back your skin.
