Does use of skipping rope for skipping help for my weight loss without showing any side effects..I am 18years and am 75 kgs....So I want to know whether i will have any bad effects due to skipping everyday

Skipping rope can be a good form of cardio. The only side effects that might show would be if you have joint problems. The constant jumping might aggravate your joints a little bit. Otherwise, you should be fine.
