What you are suffering from is clearly insomnia. It is caused by fear, anxiety, stress, medications, even caffeine. An overactive mind or pain may also be a cause. First eliminate what your insomnia is caused with. Don’t use sleeping pills. Change your way of life, and insomnia will cure itself.
