They don't really help me too. I have episodes of insomnia and i have been put on ambien, it really does not help me either as i still manage maybe 3 hours of sleep even on them and when i don't use them, i get the same amount of sleep. I turned to natural aids like Valerian root and chamomile tea. This helped a bit after some time and i will get 5 hours of sleep occasionally. You can build tolerance to anything so i don't take everyday or often, only when i go too many days with insufficient amount of sleep. Try and use some natural aids and see if they help. Also, try and exercise to get tired before bedtime, and maybe stay away from any caffeine products six hours before your bed time.

most people seem to find the sleeping pill zopiclone works well and only taking one half. I am a senior, small build but have to take a whole one. Tried less but didn't work. Dr. also said to take 5 mg of valium. I used to take 1/2 in am and other at night. I wake up sweating and with restless leg syndrome. Had taken micardis for a month and it caused a lot of muscle problems. Went off it but still find side effects after almost two months.

Regular sleeping pills are not working. Suggestion for stronger ones? I want some strong sleep aids.
