I have three different spots on my stomach where I can feel lumps. I cant see them but I can feel them when I apply pressure. I have had them for months (no health insurance ftl) and I can not feel any discomfort unless I apply pressure on them. I am sure the most logical response is going to be go see a dr. but at this time that is not a choice due to lack of money. Any guess as to what my problem could be? Thank you for your time.

If you have felt lumps, you should go have them examined, I believe the biopsy would be the best to do as it would show if the lumps are cancerous or non-cancerous. How old are you, by the way? In older people it is more likely that lumps are cancerous, but let’s not scare you out the door by saying this. You have to go see your doc no matter of not having a health insurance!

The fact that you have had these lumps for some time now could make us think the lumps are nothing serious, as they are not producing any pain. I know it’s rare, but I think lipomas could also appear on the stomach. Lipomas are the collections of fat tissue under the skin, they are always benign and can’t be harmful unless they grow bigger and start causing you troubles. You should check out all the possibilities with your health care provider!!

I have lumps exactly like you described, I noticed them about three years ago. Mostly around my stomach but also in my breasts and around my sides. I had an ultra sound and was told there is nothing major wrong- Because I am overweight, some of the fat cells have gone wrong.

My husband has these little lumps around his stomach area as well as on his left side, underneath his skin.  We can feel them and he is now in pain.  I know I need to schedule him for a doctors appointment but his keeps postpone them because he doesn't like to hear bad  news.  What should I do or what can I tell him these might be?
