I am currently 15 and I'm just reaching puberty, about 2 or 3 years ago I noticed a small circular red dot on my penis, I'm pretty sure its been there for a long time, nothing is wrong with it, its just there, I dont want to tell my doctor because she Is a girl, I have not yet had sex yet, and it was there before I started masturbating. Any ideas and help?
