Ok so a while back i noticed a small tube-like lump at the top of the testicle. It is about 1-3mm in size and is shaped like a tube, the problem is it isn't connected to anything but my testicle, its like its been stuck on. It is like a lump but with a soft end that can bend a bit. I've been getting quite scared fearing that it could be cancer, what do you think it is? I'm gonna go to the doctors soon but does anyone have any idea?

PS: sometimes a get a dull ache in the testicle aswell if that means anything...
And i am 16 by the way, and the guest post was mine...
After doing a bit of research, could it just be the tail of the epididymis, because it seems to be attached to a soft bag like structure on top of my testicle, but the other testicle doesn't seem to have it....
