Around 6 months ago i discovered a small lump on my upper left testicle.

I went to the doctor, and he sent me for an ultrasound, it was all clear and the urologist said it was nothing - almost just a general lump.

However its been 6 months on, and it still kinda aches and i was wondering if this is kinda normal? Or should i be worried?
