I got this small pea sized lump on anus, I do not observe any bleeding but it hurts even when I am idle. The pain feels like a scraped knee but on rectal opening, it came out of nowhere I was good two days back, just felt the pain yesterday morning. please help, I have no idea what this is and I am scared!!
