My penis is around 1 inch non erect and around 2.5 inch when erect. I can sometimes ejaculate but not often... I noticed that when u don't eat during the day or eat a lot less you won't be able to ejaculate. My doctor said that stress coming from school, depression or other things similar to that will interfere on your horemones making it difficult to ejaculate or even just get an erection. Your size is just fine there can be a significant difference in size among guys the same age for being in the early stages of puberty there is nothing to worry about.
You have it right about average maybe a bit above.
