So I have an embarrassing problem. I'm 22, by the way.
Both of my testicles are very soft and "squishy". Not exactly such that I can touch both sides together, but such that I can mush each top-to-bottom and side-to-side and have quite noticeable movement. Almost like they're "empty".
I've had a very long history of anorgasmia (inability to achieve orgasm), for as long as I can remember. It's quite difficult to achieve orgasm while masturbating. In order to do so, I have to strongly tense up my legs and force the orgasm out. There are rare cases when I've "willed" out an orgasm without needing to tense up my body, but those are weeks, maybe months between. I have absolutely no difficulty getting an erection; often I am brought to masturbating by my penis just becoming erect on a whim after thinking an erotic thought, and that erection stays rock hard as long as I continue masturbating, for as long as I continue trying to achieve orgasm.
However, it wasn't until today that I related my anorgasmia to my embarrassingly soft and small (maybe <=1 inch in diameter) testicles. Is it time to see a doctor or would this clear up (and my balls regain some size) if I just stop forcing an orgasm from masturbation at least twice a day?
I would greatly appreciate any reply, even to bump, as I have no health care and no doctor to ask!
