Ok first of all I am 19 years old and hav never had sex. When I pull back my foreskin I have these small whiteish pimply bumps, they aren't very noticable but If you stretch the skin they are more defined. I've had these for years and hadn't really worried about them too much because they aren't irritating , I just don't know what the hell they are and Im starting to get a little worried and like to know what the hell is going on? :'(
