Hi, I am a 20 year old uncircumsized male. In the last couple of weeks I have started getting a horrible smelling smegma under my foreskin and on the tip of the foreskin. When I wash it away, it returns in a matter of hours. The foreskin itself is sore. I'm a very clean person and I wash my penis thoroughly every day. Never had any problems like this before. Anyone have any ideas what it could be? I've only ever had sex with one person and she was tested for STIs during our relationship and everything came out negative.

From my understanding, smegma is just dried up cum (semen) or pre-cum. So if it comes back in a matter of ours, maybe you yourself is always stimulated....It cant be an infection since you have a good hygene, so that is the only thing i can think of.

Smegma is totally normal and harmless. It should not be smelly. You apparently have an infection of some kind. If your foreskin is sore, that indicate the presence of balanitis. Check with your doctor for a prescription.
