Hey, I have been smoking marijuana for a few years now, but just a few months ago i developed a cough. I haven't changed anything like my diet and all that. This cough sometimes gets so bad that my throat gets clogged with flem and I can't breathe. I have also noticed when I take deep breaths, it causes me to cough. Anyone have any opinions?

Are you wheezing at all? either way if the problem persists i would advise you quit smoking pot or use a vaporizer,If that doesn't help then you should go to the doctor.

Hallo,
I really don’t have that much experience with marijuana but I know that there are long term effects when you smoke marijuana regularly. And as I see you have been smoking it regularly for three years. Have you noticed any disorientation? I know that marijuana can have great effects on your lungs. The fact is that after some time it is not that strange when you notice phlegm in your lungs and your throat. There is also increased risk of lung infections as well. Have you had any respiratory infection in past several months? Also marijuana can get your airways obstructed where you will have issues when you try to breath or try to take large breaths.

Good luck.
