Smoking weed after a kidney Transplant? Or even a hookah?

I received a kidney transplant April 2017 . I'm almost 2 months in . I take all my medications and my labs have been successful . Prior to my transplant I was a heavy weed smoker . I stopped cold turkey basically the day I was called in for a kidney. I sometimes get the urge to smoke but not nearly as much as to when i was smoking before. I take one anti rejection med ( prograf ) and a few other meds. I want to know would it be ok to smoke weed like atleast once every few weeks or even hookah? If the answer is no then I just won't because ofcourse I care about my health.
