Soft Lump Above Right Testicle...really worried!!!

yes i have had the same problem for about 3 years and it would sometimes get bigger and smaller, my doctor said it is very common and nothing to worry about. It also feels harder sometimes too. if it is really bothering you go see a doctor and it could just be a cyst and the doctor can have it removed for you. :)

I had the same thing also,I haven't been with a woman in five years,I thought it was because of having the blue balls,when I press down on it,it stays down for a moment. I can move around like I normaly do,no worries.

i have the same thing im going to the doctor tomorrow it is above my left testicle i have had little to no sperm during ejaculation i feels very veiny moves with a touch blue and it is the same size as the testicle it is above it also hurts

Its nothing mate :D i was at my doctor she sayd that this is a lump that is there while your testicles are "Developing" this may stay there for ever and if you wanna get it removed you should alk to yur doctor for removing it :D

I get "Blue balls" frequently as my girlfriend doesnt seem to be aware of it and I dont complain. When the fun is done, its done. But blue balls (though not a whole lot of medical research has actually been done on it) has been known to be accompanied by an aching thought to be caused by swollen epididymus. When this happens to me, I can actually see the swollen section and it is quite sensitive. Sitting is very uncomfortable as is any non-baggy pants/underwear. It is possible that a few of you are experiencing just this. Not every guy gets blue balls and so im sure not every guy who does get blue balls expiriences it with the same amount of discomfort or swelling so if youre worried id still suggest getting checked. But the epididymus, if im remembering correctly, is the first section of tubing which hangs of the upper section of each testicle. When sexually aroused for an extended period of time these, like a few other parts of the human anatomy, become engorged with blood/fluid causing the swelling. If you dont follow through with your arousal they can remain engorged for a good amount of time until they drain of their own accord. I have trouble with just my right and am not all too worried. It goes away within a day and the discomfort/pain is bearable.

I'm 38 years old and I just found this on me. The positive thing about it is that I know it's not cancer because I've had testicular cancer and it doesn't feel like the same think. I had the cancer on my left testicle and it was off to the side of it and attacted to the testicle. For 2 weeks my testicle felt a little heavier and tighter. I had it removed and now feel this soft lump above my right testicle. If I squeeze it i get a sharp pain the goes up to my kidney. Having one testicle sucks but having this on top of that really bums me out.

I have the exact issue. Only appears when laying down for a while. They originally told me this was an inguinal hernia. Even operated to repair it. I still have this lump upon going from laying down to standing. Do you have any updates?

I think mine is a spermatocele. I got it to go down a little by not masturbating to much and laid of having sex for several months and when I was ready I got so turned on that I actually caused myself to have retractile testicles and when I had my release it shrunk in size I'm 29 about to be 30. Hope my story helps.
