I am 31 and had pain in many right groin and right upper testicular area. Well I been feeling n I found a small lump above my right testicle n its not attached. It's a soft lump that's collapsed in the middle like a crushed grape....the pain is gone but the lump is still there. Idk what it is but am so worried bc I have a 3 year old little girl and I want to make sure that it's not cancer or anything bad so that I can make sure I'm around to take care of her. The reason I'm worried is because I have already had cancer once I had a lump in my neck under my jaw bone and they had to remove it and it was cancerous so that that is why I'm very worried about this one too. If anyone has any information please let me know I'm going to go to the doctor but any information would help for my daughters sake

I'm telling you, all of you please read this. I had much of the same issues many of you are describing about 10 years ago. Turns out it's an easily preventable but possibly very dangerous case called a testicular torsion. If that's the case, one of these days that lump, which is actually just swelling, will expand to the entire side of the groin for no reason, you can experience sickening and physically impairing pain, and will have only a few hours before they will have to remove the festival entirely. I ignored the signs for a year until I was lucky enough to be brought to the emergency room. If you experience those symptoms DO NOT settle for a call back appointment, let them know the urgency and get that surgery done within an hour. Trust me, have a plan, this effects many many young men .

I'm 16, came here for advice of info. I'm having the same thing happening to me. I've been researching testicle cancer for a few weeks, and have been worried sick. Is this the kind of thing that MUST be taken care of by a doctor or something natural that can just be left alone?

i have this exact same problem. soft lump above my right testicle that moves. even tho it moves it is definitely conncted by tissue i can feel between the lump and the tesicle that isn't there on the left side. I first noticed it when i was 19 (11) years ago. like someone else posted my dr could feel it but when they did the mri or whatever they didn't find anything so i shrugged it off. but I often wonder if they just missed it because its hard for me to find sometime. especially when im cold or laying down. I can always find it if im warm and standing up. I hardly ever think about it except I occasionally get a dull ache in my right tesicle. which i might think was unrelated except its always the right and never he left. I also notice sometimes that its much larger than usual. as long as ive had it I don't think it's a big deal just some mild discomfort sometimes. I really want to have it checked again but i felt so stupid when the test didn't find anything I never have.

It's unlikely to be testicular tortion from most of the described symptoms, it happens more suddenly, and does not cause the squishy lumps described

I've just been to my GP for a soft lump on the very top of my right testicle, the lump has been there for about 3 days and has not changed. My groin aches a little but the testicle itself not so much. The doctor gave me a diagnosis of orchiepididymitis gave me some antibiotics and had refered me to a urologist. Should I worry? Could it be the "C" word? BTW I'm 18 yo with no family history of any Cancers.

I am a teenager and I have found a soft squishy ball at the top of both my testicles. Since I found it, I have been ill, a lot. What to do?

It feels like there is something attached to my right testicle but there is no obvious lump? I get pain occasionally as well. I'm just really worried I may have testicular cancer. What do you think?
