Ive noticed a soft lump on the top of my right testicle...it is not painful...but it is noticable when the testicles are relaxed...im not sure whther its on the epidytimis or not...im freaking out....is it dangerous...?!

um it depends, wgere at is this lump, if its in front or to the side of your testicle it may need to be checked out, it its on top and behind then its probably your epididymis, do you have this lump in the same spot on both testees?

Thanks for replying....its on the top of right the testicle....n its soft....i havnt noticed a lump on the left testicle...it seems to be fine...

youre welcome. if it is only on one i would get it looked at.... typically cancerous lumps are firm and are on the front part or sides of the testicle. a soft one may be a vein or a cyst but it never hurts to get it checked out.... how big is it?
